One thing is evident: God is on the move.

We've prayed. We've dreamed. Our elders and deacons have wrestled together. And, we believe God has given us clarity for the season ahead -- a vision that He is calling ALL of us to courageously undertake.

What it will mean to be a part of Eastside in the season ahead is to invest deeply in these areas, to daily strive together to see this vision become real, and it's your giving that will jumpstart ministry and mission in these directions and help align all of our hearts with the work God has called us to.

So, we're asking you to INVEST, to give over and above your regular giving, that we might lay a firm foundation for these initiatives to grow on. You can do so below, knowing that all giving to our "Invest 2024" fund will be dedicated in these areas and will NOT contribute to the upcoming 2024-25 General Operations Budget.

How will we fight to always “see” one another individually and spur one another on to an ever-deepening walk with and enjoyment of Jesus? For those of us who already call Eastside home, how could we unify and simplify the directions we hope to grow in? For those who might join our church in the years to come, what if we could hand them a plan for how our church commits to walk with them from the moment they become a member? What if church membership was truly just the starting line of discovering more and more of who God is, who He has made you to be, what He has called you to do, and who He invites you to do it with? As our church continues to grow, what system will propel us into all of this and more?

We call them, Kingdom Cohorts.

Over the course of a year, we'll set our hearts on six primary “discipleship directions” that will lead each of us to embrace our identity as a “Kingdom Community made up of Kingdom Citizens living out a Kingdom Calling.”

As our church turns 6 years old, we feel more committed than ever to planting roots in this neighborhood. We want to be “all-in” here for as long as God would give us. God continues to open more and more doors for us in the community. Schools, community centers, and non-profits, all inviting Eastside to be a "kingdom presence" in their context. How will we respond? How might we risk our comfort to move toward the hurting and vulnerable in our community? How might we more intentionally love the neighbors God has given us?

And, simultaneously, where might God call us to engage in His work across the globe?  What long-term international relationships can we either build or strengthen in the season ahead? How might each one of us develop a global vision of God's kingdom?

Your giving will help us continue developing and inviting you into these important opportunities here and abroad.

God has blessed our church with an ever-growing population of children and students, but that privilege also comes with a responsibility. In the kingdom of God, while parents bear the unique responsibility to point their children to the hope of Jesus, the broader church community is also invited in.

In Christ, the defining characteristic of "family" is not what your last name is but who your King is?

In the season ahead, how might we steward this call that God has given us ALL? How might we do so as a community, fiercely committed to building households of faith where brothers and sisters from every stage and season are welcomed into the everyday moments of our lives?
